It was super cosy and they provide yukatas for you to wear area the property. The Onsen had an indoor and outdoor one, and I really enjoyed it! The dining was amazing, you get a private area for breakfast with everything beautifully prepared (it’s done with so much finesse and love). I highly recommend the dinner Omakase too, it was such a great experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone coming down to Komagane. You can take the bus from the JR train station and it stops right outside the hotel. Was so happy I chose this place to stay for 2 nights. :)

The seven eleven and eel restaurant is between 15 minutes distance on foot. And my trip goal is join the local firefly festival. Also within 15 mins route between 15 mins . Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room with lovely view of the river. Easy to get a taxi from the station in heavy rain on our arrival and enjoyed the walk to the station through the town to catch trains to our walks. Breakfast and dinner were very good and they cooked a special vegetarian dinner.
