Family room was so big - we loved the size, the decoration, the cleanliness. The family rooms have DVD players. There are also record players you can take to the room - this was a great experience for our kids, who had never seen records before. It would be very beautiful in winter/snowy season. The West Wing is located very close to the hot spring and the outdoor hot spring is just excellent. The entire hotel is massive and has everything we need and the facilities are just perfect for families with kids too. The shopping plaza is only a few minutes walk away and it's just amazing!
