Beautiful and peaceful stay. Ken, the chief priest took care of us really well. We are well informed about Nichiren buddhism and led to join the evening chanting and morning chanting. Vegetarian dinner and breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was spotlessly clean and the location was simply perfect. We stayed in a traditional Japanese style room with futon bedding, which was both comfortable and cozy it gave us the feeling of experiencing Japan like the locals do. The host was incredibly attentive throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. He even went out of his way to pick us up from Shin-Fuji Station and kindly drove us back when we checked out. Although the house has an amazing view of Mount Fuji, unfortunately the mountain was hidden by clouds during our visit. Still, the setting was so peaceful and beautiful that we didn’t feel we missed out. We rented bicycles and cycled to the Shiraito Falls, which was absolutely breathtaking. If you enjoy nature and want to spend some quiet time away from the crowds, I highly recommend renting a bike and exploring the area it was one of the highlights of our trip.

What a perfect stay around the mount Fuji! The location, the commodities, the apartment itself, everything was perfect and i couldn't expect more from this stay, the photos are completely fitting to the reality, it's even bigger that you can imagine before your arrival! The host was so nice despite my lack of communication with her, once again thanks to her! After a peacefully night, a 5 minutes walk will bring you to nice waterfalls with a view on the mount Fuji all along ! Breathtaking! Guys, I can only recommend you to book a trip, short or long, you will need only a few minutes to feel like home and to enjoy the place, on lucky day you'll be even able to see the ocean in the back! Good day to all! We stayed in this wonderful house for 3 days. This is a great place to get away from the crazy rhythm of big cities. We were given 2 large rooms for 4 guests. The owner was extremely polite, tactful, kindly received us, met us at the nearest station. Upon arrival, we were fed to our fill with traditional Japanese food. The owner explained to us all the intricacies and rules of eating. For me, a trip to Mount Fuji is a childhood dream. It felt like I came to my grandfather in the village. We tried to help owner, although we were not obliged to. My wife and child helped set the table, I helped wash the dishes. We also met another guest, with whom we quickly found a common language, since everyone who comes to this place is looking for what they will find here. Having rested, we continue our journey through Japan further, after which we will return to Russia with amazing memories and new acquaintances. Thank you, with respect, Denis and his family!

Apart from the noise from the tatami room aircon unit everything else was perfect. I particularly liked the washing machine that one can choose temperature. The majority of washing machines here in Japan do not have that option.
