We had a lovely stay! The room was bigger than I expected, very comfy, spacious and clean. We also found in our room some small delicious local gifts. The host was very kind and always ready to answer. We would definitely go back.

I enjoyed my time at Warabino very much. It's slightly difficult to access, but worth it. The room was very comfortable and the view from the window very pleasing. Onsens were also very relaxing, and the dinner and breakfast was top notch. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Home away from home. Owner and staff were super friendly and helpful. Stayed for 6 nights but will be back next year for long as so much to do in the area including some awesome hikes. Relaxed atmosphere and great opportunity to met fellow travellers and locals.

It was wonderful stay! The owners are very nice and attentive! When you want to experience pure traditional Japanese living, come to this beautiful small Ryokan! I overlooked that the rooms don't have private bathroom - the bathroom is in onsen bath and it is private when you are inside.. and if I have known that, I wouldn't booked the stay, but at the end, it was brilliant experience - very comfy, very extraordinary and still very clean!

The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Makes you feel like in a sanctuary. So nice to wake up to the sound of birds. There is everything you need in the house for a very comfortable stay. Kei was super helpful and kind to explain, show us around and give recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The location is also very good in a quiet area but close walking distance to the train station. If you want to have some peaceful time in a traditional Japanese house, this is your place. I can’t wait to come back again.
