It was so peaceful, the air and water were very refreshing and clean. The traditional Japanese style room and breakfast was a great experience but above all, the hosts were the best. They were super friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We travelled with a baby and they helped us in many ways that I am so grateful for! The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The food was absolutely delicious. It was a perfect base for hiking around Mount Mitake and there is a hot bath with an amazing view to finish off the day. The view, the room, the kindness of the hosting family, the temple nearby and the beautiful nature trails. It was also very nice to experience traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast cooked and served with a lot of love. It was huge, with room for more than six or seven adults two stay young, pretty good facility, and beautiful Japanese traditional style design, which was renovated and modernized.
