Dinner was amazing and the staff and service was so attentive. Anzono our waiter for our dinner service went above and beyond. When one of us had to leave dinner before dessert to make their massage appointment, he offered and prepared a plate of the full dessert on a tray to be taken to the room for enjoyment afterwards.

This place is a must for anyone wishing to get the authentic ryokan experience, though you have to be willing to step out of your comfort zone a bit to wear the provided yukata and go to the public bath.
