It had more than it explains - towels are daily changed, also many amenities! And most important - the room is big enough to open luggage, hang the ski clothes but yet relax. Another room for cooking / eating in a big room (shared) They also accept the luggage delivery in advance When I spoke to the owner, who is every morning there to organise the transport and cleaning, and when someone checks in. If you are traveling with bus, try to book all in advance!

Well designed recently built modern house, very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely views (but one cannot block light in mornings). Sauna was a bonus. Close to road and neighbours but peaceful and quiet.

The place is clean modern and very very nice. The area is in the forest of Hokkaido and was exactly what I was looking for. Very peaceful. It is a relatively remote area so driving is recommended. The breakfast that was provided was sufficient and full of options.

Location is good, there's a 7-11 out side the Hotel with 2 minites drive. Monorail is so convience to get Rusutsu Resort. Onsen is so wonderful. Room space is bigger than I thought, kids really enjoy the stay and satisfied about the experience.

    Great setup for our family of 5. Beautiful private location only minutes away from ski resort. Excellent communication with manager. Super big drying room for all our snow gear. Very clean, furniture set up was practical. Will definitely stay again!

    The Snow Pods are fun, roomy and comfortable, although the main sleeping area could use a dimmer switch for the lights as they are very bright, alternatively some bedside lamps would be helpful. The shuttle service is very responsive, although not available between 10am-3pm, or after 9.30pm.

    In general, the staff in your resort tried very hard to serve us. We are a family of 4. They are very caring and tried very hard to satisfy us. I like the idea of providing free ice-cream for the kids when you are a Marriott silver member. My kids love it so much.
