Your concierge is excellent, Ms Harada, who spoke very good English, and organised taxi tours for us. She worked very hard to make sure it was what we wanted. Please thank her. The hotel is very convenient for trains, and we will use it again if we return to Sapporo. The staff in your restaurants were very helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Home was equipped with 5 very comfortable beds. We received some local welcome snacks. It was equipped with anything and everything we needed in the kitchen and in general too.

The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Kids love the bean bags, the little swing, the big projector screen and switch game. The design of the room is very nice and homey feel. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back to Sapporo. The location is not in central Sapporo. We drive and find it’s convenient location not far from major attractions in the city.

Very good experience of a stay! The accommodation was well equipped with towels bath towels toothbrushes etc. Everything was very clean! The staff was also very welcoming and attentive, spoke good English and recommended many local food restaurants as well as giving me a better understanding of the local culture.

The modern yet traditional design. The entire space was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly even though we don’t speak japanese. The amenities of the public bath was also perfect. Went together with my parents and they enjoyed the stay absolutely. Will recommend everyone to stay here!
