Great staff service, room was big and have a drying heating rack for clothes, sofa to lounge in. Our room was facing the mountain with 2 hammocks to laze in and enjoy the great view snowing. Hotel shuttle bus reservation required to pick us up from Sakunami train station. Also, many Onsen baths within the hotel premises, both outdoors and indoors. Luxurious dinner and breakfast buffet inclusive with very fresh unlimited Sendai A5 Wagyu beef, beef tongue, sashimi, stewed beef, etc., etc., desserts, alcohol, wines, sakes, hot chocolate, lots of hot and cold drinks. Staff also able to converse in English.

    Very convenient to the train station, restaurants, buses, Don Quixote but quiet to sleep. New hotel. Predominantly businessmen but more families and couples on the weekend. I felt very safe as a lone female with kids. Decent breakfast selection, great range of tea, staff keep the breakfast lounge very clean and replenished. Our double queen room was very comfortable.

    Nice warm welcoming from staff at the lobby. Very accommodating to my 7 month old baby's needs. The room was very spacious (biggest in my stay in Japan).had lots of luggage space and closet space. Had free breakfast which was great. Offered baby high chair as soon as we walked in. Super close to Sendai station which we used a lot to travel around. Lots of shopping stores and food options nearby. Great location for sure!
