Hotel staff were communicative and prompt. There was clothes shopping and a handy 7-ELEVEN right across the street. Modern and clean, the room was as described and pictured. It provided a good bathroom, heating, WiFi and washing machine. Unfortunately, we were there over the holiday period and local food options were closed or opened late. From the moment I make the online booking throught booking.com, every questions that i had given to them, they responded really fast. Really Japenese style, keep calm, really informative staff. The location just nearby to tourism spot, you can just walk by and it totally safe! 😃 only take about 10 minute walking ti this property from bus station and train station. Every guest seems to be having a relaxing stay. The super clean room is spacious enough for me and my two grown up children. The onsen is nicely located on the top floor.
