This Ryokan was amazing! The location was great, right in front of the temple. The staff was very kind and polite. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the view from our room. The stay was definitely very special. Also, there is a fire ceremony in the temple at 5:30 am everyday, so it was nice to be so close to be able to see it.

Even though the hotel is close to the airport it was very quiet in the accomodation. We easily found the free shuttle to the hotel from Narita Airport and got handed the schedule for the shuttle to drive back to the Airport upon arrival so we could choose which one to take. Even though we only spent one night at the hotel, the staff was very friendly and handled the check-in quickly. The room had everything you need for your stay, including a water cooker. The hotel even has to little shops (one of them being a convenience store that also offers basic snacks).

Very good service right from check in to out. The convenient store inside the hotel comes in handy. The bus shuttle to Aeon was a bonus, fantastic for when you have spare time before heading out to the airport. The room tv came with Netflix, it was great for us to entertain our children who don't understand Japanese.

Fantastic facility, amazing traditional Japanese spa (onsen) included, great restaurant, great room, very clean and comfortable, could control own room temperature, didn't have time to use pool, sauna, tennis courts, sports bar. This place is great. Also out in nice quiet rural area with convenient shuttles to airport and Tokyo station.

Absolutely loved the size of the rooms. We travelled with our one year old baby, so were able to create a little area for their portacot. I think we chose the Corner Room, as it was that little bit bigger. We also booked at Narita Airport Hotel, as we arrived at night, and it saved us a few hours getting into Tokyo with a baby. That way, the baby could go straight to sleep. The hotel is incredibly affordable in comparison to hotels with big rooms in Tokyo.

This hotel is conveniënt placed near the airport and does have a free shuttle service to the airport. So a perfect hotel for your way back. It is big and has many facilities. Even shops. Ofcourse the onsen. Also very child friendly. The service is outstanding. We had left a pair of shoes in our last hotel. Everything has been done to have these delivered for our plane left. (Thanks for all the effort toward the staff). Car rental close by too.

We arrive into Narita on a mid evening flight and it was an easy 5-7 minute walk from Narita Terminal 3. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We had 2 double beds and 2 single beds, which the kids said were pretty uncomfortable- they were sort of pop up beds. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was good and got some snacks at the convenience store at the hotel. We opted for breakfast included and it was great! We got the free bus back to terminal 2 to get the train into Tokyo, no issues.

Spacious room, ideal for family. My child received kids size slippers, pyjamas, toothbrush &paste and towels etc. all in a neatly presented paper bag upon check in. Excellent service. Convenience store on the ground floor was really useful too.

We got an extra bag for our baby with towel and little slippers. The room furniture had corner protectors and the window can't be opened, so it's 100% kid and baby friendly. There was zero cigarette smell in the whole hotel, which is quite unique in Japan. The bed was huge and very comfortable for 3 of us. Breakfast is truly fantastic, Western and traditional options, the best I had in Japan. Many vegetarian and healthy options. You can go from 5:30 am, so before an early flight too. The staff is very friendly and can speak English.
