I think the hotel is only about 12 months old so you would expect it to be fresh. But it’s not just fresh. It’s immaculate. It looks like a ‘show hotel’, it’s that clean, tidy and the finish is impeccable. Even better than that, the staff are wonderful. Extremely helpful. Large (very large) high spec, well appointed rooms. The beds were the most comfy we had in a 3 week trip.

Lovely farmhouse in the middle of picturesque Okayama. The farmhouse was renovated to include modern amenities such as a heated bathtub, heated floor times and air conditioning. The hosts were responsive and very kind.

The staff was very kind and helped make our stay comfortable. The food was simply incredible, and the hotel's interior and exterior were very authentic and beautiful. Bathroom on the balcony was incredibly relaxing, and it was extremely comfortable to spend time there. And, of course, the hot springs were beyond praise. It was a great place to recover. Free shuttle service from Okayama Station to the hotel and back was very comfortable and fast.

From arrival to departure, everything and everyone was exceptional. We felt so cared for and so well supported.
