We really enjoyed our stay in Tombo House. It was incredible, you feel in the middle of nature. It was so relaxing and peaceful... The owners and the staff are great, super friendly and helpful, they also gave us good recommendations. The pool is amazing too. You can enjoy it during all the day. Breakfast was tailor-made, so fresh and tasty!! Beach is 10-15 min walking, tuk tuk is a way to move along the place. They are expanding to host more people and they are planing to provide a restaurant service at the House. We definitely recommend this place and i would repeat here again for sure.

It's not luxury hotel, but it's difficult to expect more in this price. Stuff is very nice and really helpful, they take care of everything. Location is just great - maybe 50 m from the beach (nice part of it), there's supermarket at the end of the street and nice restaurants (Kokkos, Asha Bistro, Apero) are around so you won't be harassed by tuk-tuk drives too much. Property itself is nice, quite and secure. The house had everything we needed and even more - equipped kitchen, TV, AC, water dispenser, etc. The house was cleaned every second day, towels and linen were changed. And every day we got huge and tasty African breakfast which we could enjoy on the terrace (you just have to watch out for monkeys).

We loved our stay so much, the villa is clean and spacious with a lovely BBQ area and pool. AC in the bedrooms for those warm nights! Faith was very helpful and always prompt with communications, the staff are all so lovely and hardworking!!

It was really calm, very beautifully organized. The attention by all the staff was very warm and nice. Every morning we had a different breakfast very tasty and we had dinner once there and the food was amazing too. It takes 10’ to go to the beach and you can relax there without any problem.

Everything was perfect! We previously stayed in another resort in Diani but Pinewood is absolutely wonderful. Staff was professional, friendly, smiling and super helpful. Relations were great and you feel like you are friends or family. Every unit only contains 3 rooms so privacy and silence are respected. Room was fabulously decorated. We spoke to the owner to say that we were impressed by the quality of their staff and that the room was fantastic. Garden and sunbed were super relaxing. Excellent massages in the Amani Spa! Food is delicious! You can enjoy cheese, humous, barbecue, fruits are incredible. In this part of the beach you also have less beach boys so more privacy! You are a bit far than other resorts in Diani but we know that we will come back here if we go back to Diani!

The Sands at Nomad is an exceptional, world-class resort located on a prime site on Diani Beach, Kenya. The resort is surrounded by tropical forest which ensures that there is no outside noise pollution. The forest is home to a variety of creatures, including at least 2 types of monkeys (Black and white Colobus and Syke's or Samango monkeys) Dik-dik, Bush babies (Grester Galago) and numerous species of birds. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable, ranging from standard Sea Breeze rooms to private villas. I had a Beach bungalow - ideal for single travelers or couples, whilst my friend had a standard Sea Breeze room. The Beach bungalow had the advantage of being right on the beach (literally about 15 m from the pure white sand) and benefitted from the sea breeze, whereas the Sea Breeze room, despite its name, did not get much benefit from the breeze due to tall trees which blocked the view of the beach, but had a great ambience. Both rooms were air conditioned, so the breeze was not essential. There are a wide range of watersports and activities on offer.
