There was a lift which made accessibility easier with our luggage and kids. The hot water was amazing though we couldn't locate the soap until we opened the laundry shelf. Linen was clean and fresh. The house was well aerated and huge balconies.Wifi was working and smart TV was a good thing too for the kids. There was a washing machine though we dint use much of it. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was delicious and the area was green and quiet. Perfect to unwind after a long day in the nature. We did a couple of fantastic safaris to the surrounding national parks with the host David and his friends. They had great recommendations for the tours and were very professional in all respects. We couldn't believe the animals we saw just walking by as we sat ate. Being so close to the Game Park entrance is also a bonus. Some of the rooms have amazing views as well. We liked the endless coffees and the staff are really helpful and kind.
