Everything. I absolutely loved the Residence 1960. The room was beautiful, clean and big. The bed was very comfy and I loved my 2 omelettes in the morning....but what makes this place absolutely stunning is the kindness of the Team. The cambodian people are so sweet and nice people. I love them!!! Thanks so much.

We had an amazing time, the location is very convinient, as it only takes 5 minutes to get to the town centre on a tuk tuk. The staff are absolutely amazing, super kind and attentive to our needs. The all work very hard to accommodate guest's needs. Tasty breakfast, very good breakfast coffee, super confortable beds. The swimming pool was very nice and clean too.

Most friendly and attentive staff you can imagine. We’re so ready to help and sort out anything for you. The welcome drink and scarf as you were leaving were beautiful touches. The room was also great, really spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Pool area was beautiful with the plants surrounding it and the restaurant was also very nice. Location is slightly out of the city but they organise a tuk tuk service in the evenings

Very friendly and welcoming staff, clean, comfortable, and well climatised rooms, very decent facilities, and central location (5 mins walk from pub street). I stayed during low season and they even let me check out a bit later. Highly recommend.

Spacious and clean room, Amazing staff, great location and value for money. Location is just walking distance to the night market, pubstreet and lot of street food options and yet is not noisy road. Breakfast is set menu and is tasty. They give breadbasket and freshly brewed coffee making it a nice start in the morning. I hired all my tour travel arrangements with the hotel and they have reasonably priced. As a bonus they offered me free drop to airport which is a nice gesture. They accept card payments which is a huge convenience. There is pool and whole hotel area kept clean. Wifi is good and had adequate speed. Photos on booking matched the reality. Bathroom spacious with hot water and right water pressure. Had a very pleasant stay and exceeded my expectations.

Wonderful hotel and great service. Really enjoyed my stay with the biggest swimming pool more relaxed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was nice and cleaned. The staff are so friendly with a charming smile. Will be back again! Thank you all!

    Lovely hotel in Siem Reap. We stayed for 5 nights with our young children (ages 2 and 4). The family room was large and very comfortable (2 bedrooms and a living room). Staff was lovely, very helpful and bonding with our kids. Great pool, great breakfast, great value for money and experience.

    Big room, perfect for a family with 2 children. Breakfast was delicious, also the ala cart dinner/lunch. The kids loved the pool and other half the bar in the pool. Staff really helpful in arranging tours upfront.

    The family rooms are a great size and are very clean. Katie and Khan who run it are lovely and very helpful when booking excursions with their wealth of knowledge. The breakfast is great and very reasonably priced. The pool is great for the children. Location is walking distance to pub street and restaurants. We would definitely stay again, it is so family friendly!!

    We are coming two families which travel with small kids, Best choice for us since many hotel in town but kids love Memoire Palace Resort & Spa because big swimming pool, fun with cyclor driving around resort, big room and big space as well as garden. If you come with small kids, here would no somewhere else to replace.. we will be back next holiday with big group of our big family because their private villa can accommodate up to 20people, also the family suite very convenience for kids to swimming.
