We really enjoyed staying at this place. Nice and clean bungalows in a calm area, where you can spend some relaxing or working time. The resort has also a restaurant which offers breakfast, lunch & dinner. We recommend a smoothie bowl with a cup of a good coffee for a great start of the day. ☺️ The beach is good for kite surfing, you can get a recommendation for a kite surf lessons from a host. We would definitely spend there more time if we could. Thank you!

I've stayed in at least 100 different locations in Sri Lanka over the years, but Agro Village wins my award for the best rooms. Designed and built by the owner, the rooms are light and airy, with all the plugs in the right places, an amazingly comfortable bed, no mosquitoes, a very good bathroom - with a mop! - and an outside area in the trees. The food is just right too. And he's planning a swimming pool! The price is a lot lower than other places in Kalpitya, if we needed any other reason to come back.

Great friendly staff, food was brilliant value for money especially for evening meal, the rooms were something out of this world though. From the outside bathrooms, to big comfy bed. The peace and tranquility of this place was amazing and we are going back to celebrate my friends birthday in a few months

We decided to come to Kalpityia spontaneously and made a last minute booking. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, we felt really comfortable there. He made us an excellent dinner too. The whole area is basically a family business, all people we met were really warm and friendly. The accommodation is just a stone's throw from the beach, which is particularly great for kite surfing. It's a peaceful place surrounded by nature, perfect for both relax and activities.

The owners and their team are wonderful and take great care of their guests. The bungalows are pretty, clean, and spacious. The food they offer is excellent! They serve local and western food, also Less, the owner, built a wood fire oven where he makes pizza every Tuesday and Friday. You can choose the toppings for your pizza, where you'll also find his self-made Polish sausages and smoked ham. Honestly, the dough was amongst the best I've had in quite some time. Wonderful, peaceful place. Highly recommended!

    Outstanding service throughout our stay. Thanseem and his team attended our every request; some had f the friendliest staff you will meet. The chef is incredible and breakfast and dinner were delicious, they have just put in a brand new pool 2 weeks ag which is a great addition and it has a kids slide.     I came with the family, the owner did everything to make us feel comfortable and good, however not pushy. We loved our house, kids didn’t want to leave. No wonder, food was simply amazing, they adopted all to kids as they don’t eat spicy. Another plus is the organic vegetable garden. Everyone was so friendly. As staff had time they played cricket with my kids and on one occasion really quickly arranged doctors visit. I can not recommend them enough!
