Designer place throughout. Concrete and wood, nice urban look of the apartments with a lovely balcony where you can see the temple of tooth and the lake. Breakfast was delicious, staff super friendly. Free shuttle to the train-station with their own tuktuk.

We stayed in a room with a balcony and a wonderful view of the city. The room was very clean and beautiful, with everything we needed. The staff was polite and helpful, providing us with many little extras upon request. For a small fee, you can ask for a tuk-tuk ride anywhere, and they can arrange a tour at a good price. They even took us to the train station at 4 a.m. and helped us buy tickets—top-notch service, in my opinion!

The Eden Kandy is simply exceptional in every way—from the stunning property and best location to the warm, attentive hospitality. As a solo traveller, I wish I could find more places like Eden wherever I travel. I would definitely come back and spend more nights and plan trips from here. This place is highly recommended if you are looking for a budget-friendly place that has significantly more than what you expect.

Very calm place with attractive infinity pool. Best thing was i stayed at down room.It was a feeling like a staying in a jungle and wake up with nature sound of birds.I love it . Staff also very helpful. I'll definitely come back for my next vacation. Highly recommended this❤️

Amazing place - this may be the best place I stay in Sri Lanka. It is not in city center but is a short tuk tuk ride away. The room is lovely, the bed huge and comfortable (best night sleep!) and the grounds are lovely (great for catching up on travel / life admin in a great setting). The food they served was fantastic. All in all I really loved my stay here and it the value for the cost was phenomenal.
