Very good location with easy access to all the amenities, breakfast was very nice and delicious we really enjoyed it, it is a family run business, all were very kind and very supportive, service is value for money paid, I would like to recommend this property without any hesitation, we had very nice stay in Hotel Varsha.

I had a fantastic experience at this property! The food was delicious, local food with a great variety. What really stood out was the excellent customer service—the staff was attentive and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered dinner and was prepared on time and served to the room. The breakfast was excellent. Matheesa was our point of contact and he responded our requests quickly and properly. The room was very cofortable and parking was easy. Pool is nice and very fond of all the trees that grow in the property. There is a lot shade and hope they keep the property same as now.

We had such a nice stay in this small hotel. It is very nicely located 10 minutes from the main road at the border of a big lake and many rice fields, full of birds and monkeys. We had a very beautiful spacious house for ourselves. The food was delicious and special. The ayurvedic treatment was good as well. And very friendly staff!

The property is really nice, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and supporting with all requests eg finding a SPA, tuktuk for an early hike etc. They have their own restaurant which offers wide selection of foods. Really peaceful atmosphere. Would recommend!

Situated in a quiet location with an excellent view of Sigiriya Rock, while still being a short walk to restaurants. The pool area was well maintained, and it was great to have a swim after a long hot day exploring the area. The staff and breakfast was great. The room was clean, comfortable and as advertised. The air-conditioning worked very well. A fantastic place to stay.

Second time here, but if we will come to Sigiriya, definetaly to this place. .The surrounding is so beautiful, you feel as the middle of the jungle. Monkeys are watching you all the time, its funny. The rooms are superclean and comfortable. Finally the breakfast is amazing. The owner puts not only lot of food, but his heart on tge table as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!😊😊😊

The location (although it was a bit of a walk in the forest) and the father and son tandem of Saman and Frani. They were very accommodating and always had the guests' comfort in mind. Breakfast was generous. The house and garden are awesome.
