We liked everything! Easy to find, near to the restorants. The whole place is extraordinary clean. Comfortable beds, air condition, coffee and tea available at the room. Rich breakfast with fresh juice and fruit. Very nice hosts, we have been welcomed with a bottle of cold water and because our flight was late at the evening they have kept our luggage free of charge after checking out. They offer also transfer to the airport. I would highly recommend this place to anyone searching for stay in Negombo!

Newly opened place and room and bathroom are very tidy. In addition to that hospitality of staffs, shuttle and delicious breakfast. I will recommend this place to anyone who is planning to stay near to airport.

This was our final stay in Sri Lanka and was the perfect relaxation before our flight home. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very cosy, with all small details like toiletries, hairdryer, TV and coffee amenities thought of. The bathroom and bedroom was clean and very comfortable. We also had full use of the villa, including kitchen and pool. The breakfast was delicious and substantial. It was also a short 10 mins walk to the beach.

Very clean and comfortable. After one month in Sri Lanka I was very happy to find this place. The host is very friendly and generous too. I wished I have had more time left to enjoy the comfort of the place. Although, I stayed there only for one night before my flight the next morning.

Very friendly and accommodating. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Our flight was very early so we arrived many hours before check in, they welcomed us with a smile and worked very hard to get us a room ready. Nothing was too much and I would recommend.

Very big and comfortable bed. Room spacious with good lightning. You have a desk and wardrobe to keep your stuff in. Big bathroom with hot shower. The outside area is very clean and quiet. Perfect for your morning coffee. Kitchen available to all for cooking your breakfast. Also washing machine available (extra fee). It's close to the airport so it's great after your flight and before your flight as we did 😍 Staff very nice and welcoming. If you land in Colombo you should choose this one!
