You feel like part of the family. The facilities are very simple but clean and we had anything we needed, even with a toddler. Ravindra and his team were super helpful and helped us organise anything - from massage to sightseeing and airport transfers. Very Friendly staff who are perpetually smiling. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. I want to mention 2 individuals who made a difference. The Housekeeping Supervisor (Mr Piyaratne?) and young Harittha from the restaurant. The beach is just outside the hotel.
