Our day of cycling over the Ardennes hills to the hotel was fraught with problems such that we only arrived around 23.00. We had phoned during the day to warn them of our potential late arrival and received reassurances. Pascal and Pascale proved as good as their word as we arrived cold, wet and tired. They couldn't have been more friendly, welcoming or helpful. They whisked away our wet clothes to their drying room, provided drinks and simple hot food to put a smile on our faces, and provided a good breakfast the next morning.

The location is stunning. Campsite has some of the best facilities we have come across. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a leaf, which was equipped with more than expected. You can start many hiking trails from this destination which were all incredible. A big thank you to the LeafMaxi team for a great stay!

Lovely auberge just below the Vianden castle. My room was on the top floor, very cosy, clean, lovely architecture (wooden beams), big shower.

Wonderful friendly hosts. Beautiful hotel in lovely quiet area. Even quieter my weekend there as maintenance meant the train closed down. Room small but functional, spotlessly clean. Good robust shower. May be a limited choice of evening meals but the 2 I had were delicious especially the steak. Breakfast was also very nice. After 5 days of travelling from town to city to town those 2 peaceful days in a gorgeous setting where just the tonic
