Location was amazing. Arriving at Aït Benhaddou at night, getting brought to the hotel through the paved cobbles of the ksar with our daughter on the back of a donkey (provided by the car park owner) was incredibly special. Aït Benhaddou during the day is full of tourists and tourist shops. At nighttime, when it is empty, it is magic. 360 degree views of the clear night sky and the stars, and being able to climb to the top to meet sunset was magic. A very special and unique hotel, highly recommended.

We spent two wonderful nights at Auberge Ayouze. Situated just 3 km from the center of Ait Ben Haddou, the auberge offers a serene and peaceful setting. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful walk along the water leading to the center. The staff at Auberge Ayouze were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to chat and make guests feel at home. The entire place has a charming and atmospheric feel, very clean. The views of the mountains were breathtaking. Every meal was a delight; delicious breakfast each morning and the evening three-course dinner was simply fantastic. It was also nice that we could enjoy a glass of wine or beer with our meals :-). If you're looking for a place to unwind and find peace, Auberge Ayouze is perfect. Highly recommended!

we loved everything about Riad Caravane. the hotel is beautiful, the food was amazing (for breakfast we even got scrambled eggs) and the service was excellent. we would have loved to stay longer!

The Bagdad Cafe is the best guest house that we have stayed at on our road trip around Morocco. Cosy rooms with great showers and very comfortable beds. Wifi great. Rose, the owner,and her staff were helpful and available when we had any questions. The restaurant has an very good menu with Moroccan and varios other dishes, pasta, steak,homemade puddings etc. Highly recommended.
