It is one of the very few, if not the only, places to stay within the ancient town (most tourists stay across the river). The staff indicated where to park our car (were charged 20 dirhams for the night by the owner), and we got help from the parking lot owner to carry our bags across the river to the town on a donkey (another 20 dirhams). The staff were very friendly, showed us around when we arrived and the breakfast was delicious. The room was marvelous, small and tight which is to expect and is actually beautiful since your staying in a place that is centuries old! It was still very comfortable and we loved it. We had a little terrace where you could see the rest of the town and the river. There's little to no electricity at night, which makes the experience more enchanting (the rooms and hotel have lights everywhere).

Hamid was very welcoming and open to share insights on the Berber culture and the area with us. The location and house is beautiful and the food, dinner and breakfast was really tasty! If you are looking for a homestay at a self-build beautiful house with a stunning view, this is it.

This was by far our best stay in marocco! We felt so welcome, the place is beautifully decorated and clean, the fireplace was nice and cosy. And the food was amazing, very delicious and fresh!

Very friendly and welcoming host, he offered us tea and a snack upon our arrival and sat with us to chat. Our room was big, clean and equipped with fresh towels and bed sheets. The location is quiet, well kept and has a private parking. WiFi works well. If requested the kasbah offers dinner service: we ordered two tajines that were delicious, so was breakfast the morning after! Worth staying!

A wonderful and memorable place to stay! The two brothers who own this delightful old home are both extremely friendly and helpful. Great people! The house is a real gem, cozy and beautiful, right in the middle of an old village. One of the brothers is an artist and the house is full of his paintings. It's not the Hilton, but it is very comfortable. Excellent dinner and breakfast served in a wonderful dining room. Amazing views from the balconies. Good WiFi. A very special place that I highly recommend.
