In today's world of homogenized attractions, finding a homestay that offers a taste of real life is priceless. I highly recommend staying with Ibrahim for more than a day. There are many trails to explore, like SFIHA TELJ, or you can take a scenic walk to the next village. Ibrahim can guide you or provide information and advice about treks in the area. The charming house boasts a magnificent view from the terrace. The food, homemade and some of the best we tried in Morocco, included freshly baked bread, cookies, and tajines. The owner, Daniel, was very nice and provided us with useful information about the options for trekking around. Now, let's talk about the food. Trust me when I say that you won't want to skip out on ordering from the restaurant within the lounge. The menu has a wide variety of food options, all of which are super tasty, affordable, and well prepared. I can't recommend the food enough; it's really good. Overall, Caiat Lounge Refuge is an excellent choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle of everyday life and the noise of the city and indulge in some fantastic food in a very calming and beautiful atmosphere, breath fresh air and enjoy the nature and the walking in the nearby mountains.

Very well located. Just a few minutes away from the main sites of interest. The room was quite big, and had even a kitchen which I didn’t need. very nice to have also a fridge to keep drinks cool. The stuff is amazing, Hassan and Omar(?) in the breakfast shift. Breakfast was very good (fresh orange juice, olives, fresh cheese, yea/coffee, jam and peanut butter, flat bread and eggs) I really enjoyed my stay. wifi also worked perfectly in all building.

Excellent convenient location in the old city. Munir is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful with nice decoration and really clean too. There's hot water for shower and I had an external private bathroom. Really quiet and peaceful, with a rooftop terrace with good view. For ladies, if you need a hairdryer just ask the reception. I felt very safe here and could easily walk around the old city, with convenient access to many restaurants, shops, mini marts and much more. highly recommended. It was the winter and I was given a few extra blankets too, which was nice. Just remember to bring cash along to pay on your day of check in (you can pay by Dirham or Euros).
