Charming place, quiet and with a nice view. Warm welcome and hosts are available. We had the fish tagine for dinner, that was excellent in addition of being convenient considering the remote area. It´s a great place to stay and rest for a few days.

Mohamed went above and beyond to make it feel like home, gave us amazing recommendations of places to eat and nearby beaches to swim. Given that Assilah is quite small and the offer might seem insufficient, Mohamed’s recommendations were very helpful. Upon arriving to the neighbourhood, don’t let the untidiness and business of the commercial streets close by prevent you from enjoying your stay. In fact, with the cute terrace the guesthouse offers, you feel preserved from the hectic noise of the streets and free to enjoy yourself. Way to go Mohamed ! The staff was very kind and helpful. The riad and room were very clean. Breakfast was delicious on the terrace overlooking the sea and the location was excellent. I highly recommend it.

The riad was very clean, neat and tidy. Yusuf was extremely friendly and helpful, even making us tea on arrival back to the riad after dinner. Rida helped us with our bags from outside the medina, to the riad. Breakfast was very good. Communication from Mariam over Whatsapp was excellent - she was readily available, gave us the option to have dinner at the riad, and also gave restaurant recommendations.
