From the little sheep scattered around the riad, to the warm towel racks in the bathrooms that made all the difference at this time of year. The owner is very polite and his wife make a special breakfast included in the tax and if you want she could make also a traditional dinner. The house has and old style but is very clean and has an amazing terrace were we saw the sunrise and sunset. we had a real Moroccan experience there, we felt like part of their family ! However, since it’s in one of the narrow alleys, it’s very silent at night for a good rest. The area is safe with families and kids playing around also at night. Our room was spacious and clean, and the riad itself is very fascinating. The owners are absolutely lovely and give you many information about Meknes and Morocco (from places to visit, to Morocco’s history, to where to eat and so on).
