Mubarak was an amazing host. He wanted for us to take us to the camping the middle of the dunes, and hosted a wonderful Berber dinner, and fire party for us. We are grateful to him and his crew. The place is beautiful. A true desert experience. We look forward to coming back.

incredibly clean and luxurious for the desert. Camp is directly in the dunes. Husain and Mohammad were wonderful, extremely courteous and discreet. Dinner and Breakfast were great, and we were able to get there with our rental car. You will receive a message from Husain after booking. using WhatsApp, you are sent a map pin location, text Husain a half hour before arrival and someone will greet you to show you the 10 minute desert road to camp. You can park your vehicle behind a dune (out of sight). What a wonderful, do-it-yourself desert expedition (:

Staying two nights with Younas, Hamid and Rasheed was easily the shining highlight of our three week trip to Morocco. These wise, young, generous men couldn’t have done anything more to warm our hearts, enrich our experience or increase our comfort. They went above and beyond in every way, we absolutely adored them, the accommodation and the magic of their dunes, camels, food, etc. Highly recommend - if we ever make it back, we would love to see them and stay with them again!!

We had an unforgettable stay at Dar Yaya in Mhamid El Ghizlan. The house is traditional but the quality of the rooms is amazing – we slept so deeply and comfortably. Yaya is also a fantastic cook; the food was delicious and full of local flavors. But the highlight of our stay was the Sahara trip he organized for us – truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We nervously drove off into the dunes towards sunset, not sure what to expect...and we were so pleased! The staff were kind and helpful, the accommodation was simple but very comfortable...we really wish we had spent at least one more night...Our host was so welcoming and told the best jokes. The dinner was excellent as well. We hope to return some day!

Staying there was like being invited into their home and being shown Moroccan hospitality. they arrange excellent tours of Erg Chigaga from locals with no up sell pressure. the nightly traditional Moroccan dinners were excellent.
