We stayed for the night on our run/walk from Imlil to Tacheddirt (self organised and without a guide). Hassan and his son were such lovely hosts. The terrace had beautiful views and all the food was great. They gave us a tasty sandwich packed lunch. In April it was a little cold at night so Hassan put on the log burner in the upstairs sitting room and we had the option of eating inside. This is a unique stay in the highest village in North Africa and felt far away from the heavy tourism of other areas. A small shop was open for a short time during our stay. We got a bottle of water from Hassan but also water and sweets from the shop.

Atlas Haven is a recently renovated guest house in Imlil, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio.

We had the most amazing stay at Atlas Haven! Truly one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco and our favourite stay by far. Abdul and his family were dream hosts - lovely people with excellent hiking recommendations. The rooftop terrace has the best views in Imlil for sure and our room was private, clean and super comfortable. Breakfast was also fantastic and one night we had dinner at the property which was fabulous also - Atlas Haven is a DREAM! Thank you for having us, we will be back!

This place truly has a spirit! The view of the Atlas Mountains from the balcony is just breathtaking. Inside you have a cozy shared space with a fireplace fireside in an old and very well-kept traditional Berber house. The rooms are small but clean & nice interiors; beds very comfortable. Hassan was an absolute gentleman and a fantastic host, food was excellent, we were hiking in the atlas mountains and Hassan organised guides and extra gear and transport to and from marrakech.Fabulous scenery enjoyed from outdoor terrace.If travelling to imlil you must stay here. After a little walk up the mountain (they help you with the luggage) you come to this wonderful small hotel with unobstructed views of the Atlas Mountains. The host is very friendly and the diner that was a real treat.
