Czech RepublicThis appartment (and its owner Jamal) must be more than recommended. Perfectly located (close to the CTM bus station, close to the cafes, restaurants and Wednesday souk; even if everything in Tafraoute is quite walkable anyway), it offers everything you need.
But especially Jamal is added value you won´t find everywhere. i) Easy going, a good introduction to quiet life in the town; ii) completely helpful (we got useful tips/recommendations not only or our trips around); iii) if you want to know Tafraoute from local angle, who live there, what about big villas at he end of the town, what about nomads living in tents out of the Tafraoute... don´t miss talk with him.
Only one problem shouldn´t be hidden: we should stay a bit longer. But it is our business. :)
We hope to come next year, insalah.:)

United KingdomAli is the kindest, friendliest host I think I’ve ever met! He really goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. He provided a tasty Moroccan breakfast for 30dh, and also a laundry service for 30dh, well worth it for both! He also recommended a local hiking guide who I had a great hike with. The roof terrace has great views and is nice and peaceful for relaxing. The hotel is near the edge of Tafraout but it’s such a small village it’s still close to everything. The room was pleasant with a very comfortable bed and shutters which block out all light in the mornings, perfect.

AustraliaA little out of town which we enjoyed. Very peaceful and quiet with amazing views! It seems as though there is still some construction happening but we still really enjoyed being here! Perfect location to go scrambling and exploring on the rocks. Staff were also very friendly and helpful

They prepare me a pancake with nutella&banana for desert after dinner, that is something what you just could wish for during staying in Morocco. They are genuine, hospitable people. We hung out and spend fun time together. Even the language barrier wasn't a problem thanks to technology. I really regret I couldn't spend more time there.
