Highly courteous staff especially Sheema, Bilal, Mohammed. The way they treat guests is highly appreciable. Cleanliness is above anyone's expectations. Breakfast very good and Mohammed took very good personal care. It was real good value for money I paid.

It was very quaint and comfortable. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We were dropped off by a taxi in the vicinity of the accommodation, with the old Medina passageways we didn’t want to get lost. A staff member came to fetch us to guide us through & helped with our bags. Close to the harbour

All staff were friendly...at the time of check in, we were greeted well and got free upgraded!What's a big surprise! Thank you Omar and directer, we were very happy to stay at your hotel. In addition, thank you to Wafae, Mostafa, and Rhawca to help us,too. Even cleaner ladies were working very efficient and cleaning from the morning (many hotels in Tangier, they start cleaning very late and they don't work well) We stayed two nights, breakfast was different each day and we really enjoyed. All staff can speak English, they were well educated and managed. It was fairly comfortable to stay, so we will come back again. Of course, we will recommend this hotel to the people around us!

Exceptional staff cannot fault anything. They went above and beyond for me and my partner. We weren't sure where to go and they personally showed us where to eat for traditional moroccan cuisine and were would be nice to visit, even went as far to sort a car out for us for our travels. Such friendly people and made my experience here in Morocco special

The staff is just perfect - that really makes this place outstanding. Anything you ask and they are there. We had a great room on the ground floor, quite big with a big bathroom. Comfortable bed and a great shower. The rooftop makes this place extra special, we loved sitting there! Either with breakfast (which was perfect!), a mint tea or just at night. Would definetely recommend this place and go back here! O and also: we used the taxi service the riad offers to pick us up from the boat: good option, especially if you just arrived to Maroc/Tanger. Thanks to the staff!
