Loved how the second you walk in, you've become part of this family's story. It's a very very new hostel having only opened up last July, and the hosts have done a stellar job! The free breakfast is wonderful, the riad is beautiful, and everything is kept neat and tidy. For $8 this place is AMAZING!! It was great to stay with a family local to Tetouan, it was very relaxed and sweet to be there. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of!

Very special Riad in the middle of the medina, with the best host you can ever imagine. I stayed several nights and it felt like a home away from home. The riad was well preserved with authentic tiling. The rooms were plain but clean. The housekeeper was as friendly as the host.

this is a marvelous little hotel. beautiful inner patio to relax after a busy visit to the Medina just outside the door. the stuff is incredibly friendly - very helpful guiding us through the Medina in the rain, running to buy nutella when my kids asked for it! the rooms have a very special flair. we staid in one of the rooms on the ground floor - just an experience on its own.

We stayed in this newly renovated apartment and absolutely loved everything about it! It was super comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay— a cozy bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The location couldn’t be better—right in the Medina, just a minute’s walk from the King’s Palace, with all the main attractions nearby. Despite being so central, the neighborhood is super calm, clean, and peaceful. They also offer parking near by.
