The owners are great, they make sure you have a perfect time. The apartment is great, we didn't even expect to stay at such a nice place for 25 euros that we later regretted not planning to stay for a few more days earlier. I can bet you wouldn't have any expectation unmet. The place is kinda in the middle of where the bus station and old town center is. Ulcinj is definitely worth visiting and while you are at it, don't bother to search another place. 10/10. If we ever come back we will make sure it's gonna be a couple more days and in Kenzy Apartments.

Location is good, near the beach. Room is quite cosy and nicely decorated. Pictures are realistic. The view from the terrace is beautiful. Hosts are welcoming and warm people.

Really nice family. Grandpa and Grandma don't speak English but the little grand kid came to help. Everyone was super friendly. The beautiful rooms are new or at least they look like it. I had a balcony with sea view which was really nice. I went to a really nice little spot to swim 'Borova žuma beach' in the morning which is tucked away to the south of Ulcinj. You can drive there, at least in middle of June, and find plenty of car parks.

The hotel is new and everything in the room was new. The bed is super comfortable. We got the room with a separate balcony, but other rooms do have shared balconies which I believe should not be such a problem for people. The towels were changed daily, not sure for the bedsheets, but as we stayed for 6 nights, we wouldn’t mind it even if it wasn’t changed for that time. Also, I saw a lot of people complaining about mosquitos, and not being able to open the balcony door, which is not true. There are no many mosquitos, trust me they love me no matter where I go. And lastly, the owners are a very nice and friendly family who made sure we have everything we need every day. Thank you!

the hotel was very clean, the owner and staff provided exceptional services and were very friendly, we felt like in a big family they were family/child oriented as well and very nice in anticipating our needs, very discrete as well, I really would return here when travelling to Montenegro. Breakfast was continental and diverse everyday, really tasty (it lakes coffee(they provide instant) but you can order expresso from the bar). The pool looks amazing and they have a little playground near, my boy enjoyed the tramboluline in our last night.
