Family room so nice Our kids happy

Its a new hotel Everything was so perfect! The price was affordable too. I love the variety of breakfast buffet & it was so delicious! My kids enjoyed so much staying here. We are planning to repeat our next short getaway here again. Yes, definitely!

Family room is spacious. Clean and well decorated. My kids love it. The facilities also very well. Attached directly to the mall and 7-Eleven. Very convenient

This is our 3rd time staying in this hotel. We like everything about the hotel. There are 2 pools for the kids and adults even the adult pool is suitable for the kids with a depth of 1.0 - 1.2m only. Staff are very friendly and accommodating especially in the reception and security. The hotel is connected to the mall and 7 Eleven Cafe so it was very convenient. The room and hotel facilities cleanliness is superb. Family room are great for the kids. Bunk bed with slide.

Family room has a door between the kid’s bed (that also has a toilet) and the master, with en-suite bathroom. Size is nice. Property is attached to a developing mall (not a ton in it, but pharmacies and a grocery store are helpful). There’s a 7-11 on the ground floor.

Everything! Hotel ambience, security, Rooms were excellent for families; especially with children, as they had their separate bunk bed, with TV, toys, and table with chairs, which they enjoyed thoroughly. The service was excellent, too. Pool is amazing for children, and the hot spring proved to be the most relaxing place for the whole family. Breakfast had a good variety. The mall is amazing. Great variety of shopping and food.

The location is perfect for me because it gives me a better option to stay when I visit my parents who live about 3km from the hotel. I stayed in the family room, and I have no complaints except that the swimming pool can be better with better services. Good for families with kids due to the night and day activities i.e. a huge playground, a nice park where you can cycle and a lot of eateries, among others. I will definitely come here again to experience the onsen spa which I did not manage to go to because of our very short stay of 1 night.

The Hotel is Family Friendly. My kid was enjoyed with the pool.

Facilities is good for family vacation... Cant wait to see it fully functional with mall. Will comeback for sure.
