We were told on the day of arrival that Tenbergen does not have space for our whole family. They decided to cancel one of our two rooms without notice. Their solution - that I should stay elsewhere and leave my 20 year old kids with them - taxing back and forth. I see on other reviews that that have done the same in the past - I do not believe thier "our system crashed" excuse.
