    Perfect location, very central yet quiet at night. In case private parking is full, you can park in front for 5eur per day. Private parking well sheltered, perfect to lock bikes in case you rent one for multiple days as we did. Family room big enough for 4 people, big bathroom. It was very hot inside when we arrived but AC is provided so no problem at all. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff, albeit sometimes very very busy with the restaurant (see cons below)

    Location is great, close to Sluis. The property has plenty of parking, a good restaurant and for kids a great play area (outside) and fun animals. Breakfast has a wide fresh range of food. Rooms are large Staff is super friendly and accommodating

    This was our 2nd time here, about 10 years later. Same pleasure to be there. Nice, quiet and cozy place. The children, now teenagers, also appreciated it a lot.

    Absolutely everything! This is our 3rd time staying here and we honestly will not stay anywhere else. The owner, Jeroen and his family are lovely. The rooms are clean, tidy. Beds are comfortable, shower pressure good, the breakfast has good options and the location is perfect.

    A-typical hotel in a more residential area nearby the center of Sluis. Very welcoming owner and the hotel is exactly as described. The standards do not compare to these of a modern hotel ( size of rooms, accessibility, ... ) however it is not to be perceived as a negative observation. The rooms are very clean as are the sanitary facilities.
