I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel August International in Pokhara, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Raj Gupta ..... the owner and manager, extended a warm welcome that made me feel right at home. His attentive and friendly demeanor set the tone for my entire stay. The staff at the hotel were equally commendable. Always ready to assist, they ensured that all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring Pokhara. The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and scenic views. In summary, my stay at Hotel August International was delightful. I felt very comfortable at Little Pilgrim during my stay. The owner has extensive knowledge of the mountains and can indeed assist with treks and circuits, highly recommend booking with them! They stored my luggage while I went trekking, and upon return, I had a great hot shower and comfortable bed, which is exactly what you need after the mountains. The wifi worked perfectly and with great speed all the time. Of all the places I saw and heard about, this is the most recommended. I will definitely return.

A hundred thank you Moti and Maya for our stay with you. We ended up spending 9 days with Moti, because we did a trekking with him, and slept in the hotel for 5 nights. We could have stayed even longer if there weren't more fun things to do in Nepal.... What people of gold you are, so helpful, sweet and humble. Thanks for all the horribly delicious food (daal-bat!), the nice, spacious room, all the help and service and the amazing trekking we got to do together. You guys are the very best hosts ever. If you go to Pokhara, sleep here, in Sarangkot. A little higher, much quieter and with beautiful mountain views. 100% worth a visit! Maya and Moti help you with everything and make sure you lack nothing. It is quiet, beautiful, clean and it feels like coming home. Thank you very much ❤️

What a fantastic place! Definitely could recommend it without thinking twice - whether you want to have some relax time after trekking or just a chill time in Pokhara! The service was absolutely flawless before, during, and after the stay! I sincerely appreciate the attention of the Front Office Manager, Rabina, who anticipated all my needs (incl. proactive pick-up from the airport, upgrade of the room, coffee to go to the airport etc.). Devil is in the details they say, and the Dorje’s team just nails it!

Club ES earned my exceptional rating during my 6-day Nepal tour, standing out as the best place I stayed. Nestled in the remote village of Kaskikot, a one hour drive from the bustling Pokhara city (They also provide Pickup & Drop Service), this small resort, managed by the only Sherpa family in the area, provided an unforgettable one-night and two-day experience. The owner, a seasoned mountain guide who has summited Everest and Annapurna I, adds a unique touch. While our expectations for facilities were modest, we were pleasantly surprised to find almost all essentials, including hot showers, an electric kettle, soap, room heater, and complimentary tea and coffee. The cozy rooms, situated in Tibetan-style huts, offer a breathtaking panoramic view of the Himalayas. Having trekked in the region before, I can vouch for the uniqueness of this vista. What sets Club ES apart is its authenticity; the family operates the resort entirely by themselves, creating a homely atmosphere. The absence of outside staff enhances the genuine experience. Even their pet dog, Pappu, contributes to the welcoming ambiance. The fresh, garden-sourced vegetarian meals surpassed our expectations. While there's no TV in the rooms & trust me you don't need a TV, well-built hiking routes from the resort provide great options for early-morning hikes.
