We stayed in a big room in traditional style. It was so cosy that it felt like home. Nice room, comfortable bed and even an electric blanket and gas stove. Fantastic! The host and his family are very helpful and friendly. It is located in a quiet area in walking distance from the Pātan Durbar Square and the restaurants.

Staying in a beautifully restored Newari home was a wonderful experience . Rooms were spacious . There are many stairs to get to the top so we stayed in room 4 as it was not too many stairs and nice view . Staff are all lovely and helpful . Great position only a few minutes walk to the Patan Durbar square

This place is new, it looks very modern and is very clean compared to hotels I’ve stayed in in Kathmandu and Pokhara. Everything works well, fridge, aircon etc.

The hotel service was really good. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well managed. Very clean bedsit apartment with all you need to stay. Neighbourhood is non-touristy but lots of small shops and stalls, and you can walk down to Patan restaurants in less than 10 mins. I would dock a point or two because the apartments all face the (not very busy) back-street and it's a little noisy if you're a light sleeper as it's single-glazed. But the staff were so nice and helpful, I'll bump the score back up to a nine.
