I loved my stay at Hotel Tree Tops. If I had the time I definitely would have stayed longer. It is so peaceful and the property is beautiful and green. The owners are super kind. Even though the bus stop is quite close by, they picked me up and dropped me off too. I could borrow their bicycle to explore the area which was amazing. They made sure everything was taking care of. Breakfast was good. I booked a safari for a good price and they booked really nice seats for me on the bus back to Kathmandu. The location is amazing, a bit outside of the village centre which makes it super peaceful. Only a little walk (or an even shorter bicycle ride) to the a bit more busy centre. Definitely recommend this place!

After a long journey, we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and cold towels, and even picked up directly from the bus station—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Milan, the concierge, truly went above and beyond. He was the most attentive and caring concierge we’ve ever met, providing invaluable information before, during, and even after our stay. He took care of everything, from arranging free transport to the bus station and visits to the elephant breeding centers, to organizing our onward travel and bus tickets. His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Bambi chilling house is such a great place, we enjoyed our time here very much. Great atmosphere and accommodation, the staff is super nice and tries to make your stay as comfortable as they can and they cook very very good - we especially enjoyed the banana pancakes for breakfast and buff curry with rotti. We also booked the walking safari through them and had Manu and Sudash walk us through the jungle. It was such a great experience, they are both very experienced and it was so fun to spend the day with - very exciting and full of adventure.

We had a lovely stay at Tara’s guesthouse. Vicky & his team were so accommodating and provided us with lots of information about the town. We ended up booking our canoe & Jeep Safari with Taras guesthouse. The prices are competitive & it was comforting to know we were only supporting ethical operations. The room is basic but more than what you pay for. Overall we were very impressed.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Sauraha, Tiger Corner Inn Homestay is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the quiet street.

THE BEST PLACE to stay in Chitwan. Lela and her family are incredibly welcoming, make amazing food, arrange everything for you. We went for a full day safari tour (canoe, walking and jeep) and we had a blast. It felt like home and I’m so grateful I booked 2 nights there! + the hot shower ♥️

Value for this place is amazing! The owner is super nice and helpful and will answer all of your questions and tell you more about the national park, animals and local area. The room is nice and enough to spend a couple of nights. The hotel shower always works. Good internet and if you are lucky, you can see wild animals and many birds from your balcony. Most stayed place in Sauraha.

Sujan is a very helpful host, that knows his business since many years. He will organize all types of Safari for you and on top never hesitates to overtake transportation or laundry jobs for you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The guides he is working with (in my case Yam and Kiran) are very nice people, highly knowledgeable and will introduce you to the plentitude of wildlife in Chitwan.
