Walking distance to the FourSquare and into town (we did with 5 kids aged 8-13yo + 4 adults for the Matariki festival and dinner). Wish we had more time to fully explore the local area and more wineries. It accommodated 9 of us (2 families) with adequate space. Loved the heated tiles in the kitchen, laundry space for ski gear and the outdoor spa after our busy days. The hosts made us feel very welcome with a lovely bottle of wine and easter basket. The kitchen was well equiped and the cottage was homely with plenty of space for relaxation. The kids had a lot of fun playing outside on the swings and the playhouse. Lovely and warm with heating in bedrooms and a gas fire in living area. Well equipped kitchen, laundry and an outdoor patio area. Stunning scenery all around and just over the hill to Arrowtown, Millbrook across the road and 20 minutes to Frankton shopping complex and Queenstown airport.
