Is a lovely property!! The check in was quick and easy, and the man at reception very friendly. We stayed in a room with 1 double and a single bed, it also had a vanity. It was very clean and tidy and the continental breakfast was great!! We had a great stay! Thanks

Beechwood Boutique Accommodation are fabulous to holiday with. Everything is perfect, clean and comfortable and they have a laundry for your use as well. The hosts are so considerate and welcoming. It is close to the Botanical Gardens and Bird Aviary which are a must see when you visit Dunedin, especially in October/November for full on flowers. The city shops are in walking distance approximately 10 minute easy walk or bus stop close by. Thankyou kindly for making my holiday so pleasant, I enjoyed it thoroughly.

The Loft in the historic building is beautifully and modernly furnished. The mix of raw materials and modern furniture and nice accessories give the flat a special charm. We felt very comfortable. Parking directly in front of the house was very convenient. The harbour view and view of the Kiwi Rail tracks were interesting. The city centre with its many historic buildings is within easy walking distance. Following the Street Art Trail is fun. Trips to the Otago Peninsula and Port Chalmers are worthwhile.

We absolutely loved our stay. We were greeted upon arrival and immediately felt welcomed and at home. The room was perfect and even had biscuits and lollies. The bed felt like a marshmallow and we even had our own balcony which overlooked the water. The bathroom was super clean and the shower was great. The house is centrally located and is super close to Larnachs Castle which we absolutely loved. We couldn’t recommend staying with Paul and Paulo more. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Dunedin!

Beautiful grounds, super comfy beds and lots of space for 2-4 people. Everything had been thought of for guest comfort. Very comfortable stay. Cat came to visit us in the evening which my daughter loved, but mindful if allergic to cats to let owner know. Car definately required as house is in the hills
