    We liked the privacy of the cottage (the Kamahi holiday house) and the hot tub, which was very clean. Something to note is the 3rd and 4th bedrooms are accessed from the front deck, so no internal access to these rooms. This suited us with teenagers, who also loved having their own bathrooms, but for younger children it might not be ideal. We didn't realise this was the layout when we booked.

    We were a family of 4. Kids have their separate beds and the room has a great view of the glacier. The kitchenette was well equipped and the jacuzzi was a cherry on top

    Kea Retreat was lovely! it was so nice to have all the small touches thought about and provided - lovely body wash, cleaning products, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need and more, finally decent coffee, lovely towels and linen, kids activities and games, washing machine and dryer and all within easy walking distance to town. Everything was super close and we loved our stay. We would love to come back sometime.

    Clean, functional family rooms with en-suite toilet and decent shower. Kitchen shared with a few other cabins with everything you need to self cater. Friendly staff.
