    Quiet serene location, close to both Paihia and Keri keri. Very comfortable stay felt well provided for. Hosts are fabulous, friendly and made us feel like part of the family. Highly recommended 🙂

    I booked this property with my 11yo daughter. The property was very affordable, the layout was perfect with our own privacy upstairs and a shared kitchen and chill out area separate. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel like we were right at home. Such a good place to just chill out and relax. Highly recommend

    Our hosts were exceptional! Friendly, warm & helpful. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless. We enjoyed our breakfast at a beautifully laid table with stunning views of the garden. Loved sitting on the covered patio, listening to the birds during the day and having the fire for ambiance during nighttime. The jacuzzi was a real treat too! Great place for families! We'll be back soon.

    Shirley and Jim were so very welcoming, accommodating and charming. The vast front yard was something my kids looked forward to playing in every day (and magazine-worthy!), the beds were very comfortable, the cleanliness was exceptional and the breakfast, nutritious and absolutely delicious! We particularly recommend Shirley’s toasted croissants!
