The location was 10 minute drive from the centre of Taupo, breakfast was excellent. Angie and Garth were incredibly friendly giving us help with places to eat and all around the local area. Despite the cold weather in New Zealand for summer we had a fire in the lodge to keep us warm.

The stay itself was a pleasure, but more than that, the exceptional, extremely friendly staff made this stay one we will never forget.
