Our stay at Jasmine and Michael’s place was exceptional. They are very friendly and welcoming, we didn’t expect this level of hospitality. The value for money of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The attention of the staff, especially Lucy, very good and always ready to help with requests. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location of the hotel is excellent, close to shops and in front of a bus stop.

Excellent service from Elliott and Ben overnight. They drove me to the airport a few times to pick up some logistical issues and we're incredibly friendly and welcoming. A great first impression to coming into the country. My wife and I had our flights delayed and we didn't get in until 2 am and they gave us a late check-out until 12 at no extra charge. We overslept and missed breakfast but the chef specially made our toddler scrambled eggs. They even offered to take me and my wife to the local pharmacy to get some supplies for our baby. Overall the service was very sweet and caring. We'll be back. Customer service to be proud of!
