    Dear Madeleine and family, We were happy about this cozy and comfy place and the surrounding area to reach within a couple of minutes. Even when we ask for an outdoor eating table, maybe a special request at that time of the year, you just got one for us. If you don't want to get into Auckland by car, easy and relaxed way by bus.     The upstairs room with double bed, two singles and a sofa bed was a very nice area and suitable for the kids. Has a nice character like a little house. The downstairs room for two was clean and the kitchen well appointed, easy access. The communal areas and pool look attractive.
