Even with only a one night stay at Alsarmadi Desert Camp, we were able to get the full experience of activities and sleeping in the desert. The hosts and staff are really friendly and are doing a great job providing an excellent atmosphere at camp. The facilities are really nice and the food they prepare is delicious. I can highly recommend this place and will definitely return when visiting Oman again.

Oman desert private camp is situated 10 km in the desert at the top of one of the highest dunes at the area. Its a luxury tent and consist of 2 floors .

incredible and exciting experience, perhaps the most beautiful of my life: the tent is one km away from the managers' house, so you are really alone in the middle of the desert dunes. The Bedouin family is incredibly hospitable, kind and tells you about everyday life and the traditions of such a noble and ancient culture. I recommend the camel ride.

Everything just great, from the appartment to breakfast, pool, the complex, extremly nice personel etc. The desert drive is wonderful. It is absolutely no problem to drive there yourself. Just go to the tire shop close to shell gas station and ask them to lower the tire pressure. The drive is quite easy, dont worry. With me maps.me you can navigate, the road is depicted.
