I stayed at Hotel Tierra Viva for a week, and it was truly amazing. The service was excellent, everything was super clean, and my room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic buffet selection. What I especially want to highlight are the waiters, Eduardo and Victor. They are the friendliest and most helpful waiters I have ever met. I caught a cold and had to stay in my room for a few days, and Eduardo and Victor were always there for even the smallest request. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed. A huge thank you to both of them! I really hope Eduardo and Victor stay at the hotel for a long time so that guests can continue to experience this exceptional level of service. I can’t wait to return to the hotel and hope to see Eduardo and Victor again to enjoy the same amazing hospitality.

The warm welcome, helpfulness and kindness of the staff. We had an early flight out of Lima and they suggested if they could provide a take away breakfast for us, we didn’t even have to ask. The beds were good and the room was clean.

Great place to stay - safe neighbourhood, near main attractions easy to commute. Rooms is spacious, well equipped (have air conditioner, heater, fridge and etc). Really liked our short stay in Lima. A receptionists were very helpful. Breakfast was from good quality products and really delicious (small buffer with hot meal and really good juice).

We had only five hours between a flight arriving and being picked up for a coach journey, but this hotel was great, comfortable room and a packed breakfast, reven tho we arrived very late and left very early.

So happy we stayed at this place! Perfect location in a quiet street in Miraflores, just 5 minutes away from the sea views. The staff welcomed us like we were coming home - they spoke good English, showed us a map around the city, were flexible with what currency you pay in, and cooked us a really delicious breakfast each morning. Also, they upgraded us to a room with a private bathroom without even having to ask. The room was comfy and clean. And for that price - it’s a no brainer to stay here! There is a very nice patio/backyard where you can enjoy your breakfast or just hang out.
