Antonio and Nicole are amazing hosts, keen to help with any request. It is a 10 minute walk from the main town, which means it is very peaceful and quiet and you get to see a bit more of the town. Very clean property, and the bed was huge and so comfortable, best sleep we'd had in a while. And a great breakfast. Nicole also did some laundry for us, which was appreciated. It was the perfect place to stay while acclimatising to the altitude. Antonio organised a driver so we could do a day trip visiting Urubumba, Chinchero, Moray and Maras. Would highly recommend staying here.

The photos and descriptions don’t do this place justice. Located in a quiet valley half an hour’s walk (or a short drive) from Ollantaytambo the Las Qolqas Eco Resort by far exceeded our expectations. The friendly and helpful staff helped us with all our questions and requests, alongside the manager and the owner of the hotel. They also recommended a Machu Picchu guide for us (Porfirio - charming and very knowledgeable) and helped us with transportation to and from the train station to get to Machu Picchu (included in our room rate). The food on site is excellent, as are the drinks. There are fireplaces in each cabin which they’ll light for you at your request. You can admire hummingbirds from the comfy chairs on your veranda while you can hear the birds chirp and the sounds of the nearby river. We also did a lovely 2hr hike (each way) on an Inka Trail to the nearby Pumamarca Ruins which was amazing and we didn’t see any other tourists the whole way - a great way you get away from the masses. Las Qolqas was easily our favourite place we stayed at in Peru.

The location is perfect! A beautiful garden with a stunning view on the archeological sites. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is all you need and the staff/owners are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel in Ollantaytambo , clean and walkable distance to the center, next to some amazing beautiful ruins that you can hike to and have all to yourself. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable. Ollantaytambo is an amazing town that has plenty to do! do yourself a favor and spend a few nights here! Oh and the view from the rooms is breathtaking!

This is a family owned hotel but everything’s nice and reliable. I came here for an unexpected stay as my plan had to be altered due to the strike in Cusco city, but I received all good advice from the owner who made my trip easier. I had an expectional time in the a middle of a beautiful landscape. The stuff is extremely kind and amazing breakfast. Defenetlt worth it the hike to arrive there. There are also multiple taxy the will bring from the Ollantaytambo village to there for only ten soles.

    Only positive!! Beautiful location (where you can really relax). Great for children too, They have a small garden to play. Clean room, excellent shower and excellent breakfast. Quiet location and friendly owners. Nice town. Highly recommended!!

    Antonio and Nicol were super friendly and did recommend some fabulous places for dinner as well as fun things to do in Ollantaytambo (make sure to visit the the archiological sites). The room was spottless and there was always warm water. Breakfast was veeery good, with fresh juice, tea, coffee, lots of fruits, yoghurt, avocado, bread and eggs at your taste. When we go back to Ollantaytambo we will stay at Ayllu B&B again for sure :)

    The staff took such good care of us, our family room had a beautiful view, comfortable beds and cute decour. The family who runs this hotel is very kind and knowledgable about the area. The cat, Puma, was a huge attraction to our kids. The lacation is unbeatable!!!
