Largest condo I have stayed in Bacolod.

The bed was comfortable and the condo was clean

the breakfast was sufficient with decent number of options. they even offered alternatives for the breakfast we couldn't avail due to our early checkout. the location is easily accessible (near upper east and lacson st). The owner/operator and the staff was really nice and very accommodating. they even allowed us to move to an upgraded room. there were power outages in the city, but the staff was still kind enough to let us know ahead of time and offered their assistance in any way they can.

To ensure productivity and privacy, I rented a guest room for one night, which had excellent reviews. This decision allowed me to focus on my tasks without distractions while enjoying a comfortable stay. The guest room exceeded my expectations in many ways. Video calls, data entry, and communication with clients were smooth, without any interruptions. This was a crucial aspect of my stay, as poor internet could have affected my work performance. Privacy was another key reason for renting the guest room. At home, distractions from family members or outside noise can sometimes interfere with work. However, in this guest room, I had the peace and quiet I needed to concentrate fully. This allowed me to meet deadlines, maintain professionalism, and enhance my productivity. Overall, renting this guest room for one night was a great decision. It provided a clean and comfortable space, a strong internet connection, and the privacy required for my VA work. The good reviews were justified, and I would consider booking it again in the future whenever I need a dedicated workspace away from home.

Host was easy to contact. Check-in and check-out was very quick and convenient. Location is great - close to restaurants and shops/grocery (there is a 7-11 at the ground floor of the building). The building itself is very secure and has a nice simple gym and swimming pool. The flat is nicely furnished but still spacious. I has a fridge, microwave, and even a washing machine! Perfect for short and long stays.

We went on a family vacation for Mother's Day. We love our stay at the condo. I think it was just 5-6 minutes from The Ruins. The room is clean and comfortable. We like how we can cook breakfast too! Thanks to the host!
