For the money we paid it is just super lux hotel :) Hot water, beautiful clean room, gym, good breakfast, complimentary transfer from the airport. The staff was so helpful. This was one of the best places in the Philippines, very clean and beautiful. The host is very kind. It is located a bit off the beaten path, but this makes it really quiet. Just for guests' information, and not a negative point: the comfort room does not have a hygiene shower, just paper.
